Argonetics™/ Rolfing® Structural Integration
Argonetics™ / Rolfing® Structural Integration sessions combine hands-on and hands-off approaches to work with the body as an integrated, living system. The hands-on work uses precise, low-force touch to support better posture, movement, and structural organization, often bringing relief from both acute and chronic pain. Sessions may include soft tissue work, chiropractic adjustments, and other manual techniques commonly used within a traditional Rolfing® series format, allowing change to unfold progressively and coherently over time.
Alongside the physical work, hands-off modalities engage integrative coaching and inquiry, supporting greater access to creativity, intuition, authenticity, clarity, and flow. This dimension of the work helps address how physical patterns are linked to perception, choice, and lived experience, allowing change to register not only in the body, but in how a person inhabits their life. Sessions are structured to create the most meaningful and lasting results without unnecessary intervention, meeting each client where they are and working at the level most relevant for them.
Clients typically leave feeling more at ease in their bodies, more organized internally, and more present in their lives—often experiencing a renewed sense of vitality, resilience, and ease over time. Traditional Rolfing® attire is bra and underwear, boxer briefs, or yoga shorts and top.
In-office visits are $425 for 90 minutes +/- 10 minutes.
